You know God created us in his image and likeness.
Yes, he did, he created us as humans but you know he never created us to be the same.
You know we are all humans right? Among us we have the lesbians, we have the gays, bisexuals. But you all know, we are all humans.
Yes, God never wanted us to be the same, probably if he had wanted us to be the same, he would just assign a man and a woman to birth us all but even as at that, we can not be the same.
Well, God gave us different ways we can live our lives, we made us different from each other, even twins don’t have the same personality.
What this simply means is, God created us to be unique in our own way.
It’s that uniqueness that differentiates us from others, no two person is the same.
This also applies to our jobs, not also forgetting that God has made it that we have soooooo many jobs but one person can not handle all but there’s no job that has just one person doing it in the whole world.
Which means every job has more than one person on it.
For instance Mrs Oluwatosin Olajumoke Arodudu is the CEO of an International publishing brand Hadar Creations , there’s also someone somewhere who is the CEO of an international publishing brand but what differentiates them is the Uniqueness of their brand and how they do their job.
That is how it is everywhere, what differentiates you from your colleague is the Uniqueness of how you do your job.
So when you go to your colleague and you indirectly tell them to tell you the secret of how they run their business, it simply means you are trying to drop your Uniqueness and copy theirs.
Regardless of how much you copy, how well you copy you can never be unique.
You can learn from them, take their courses and along the line find your own Uniqueness.
That they refuse to teach you doesn’t mean they are evil and don’t mean well for you.
That they refuse to teach you doesn’t mean tomorrow they will stop doing well.
That they refuse to teach you doesn’t mean tomorrow they’d need something and come to you.
The world is filled with so many humans.
Will their business run down for refusing to teach you?
NO.
Will they die young for refusing to teach you?
NO.
Will they stop getting jobs for refusing to teach you?
NO.
Will their brain stop functioning for refusing to teach you?
NO.
Will people hate them for refusing to teach you?
NO.
Will your hate stop God from blessing them because they have refused to teach you?
NO.
In your own way you are unique, in your own way you can find your Uniqueness.
The world evolves around different humans in their own Uniqueness.
