about post natal depression and how it affects the woman, and how we can help make any new feel better and get well physically and emotionally, I would love to discuss about how it ffaects marriages in this post.
I’d like us to realise that PND does not only aaffect the woman, though she’s the physically and emotionally battered due to the new life she has just brought forth, but it affects dads too a great deal. Most of our wonderful men can’t deal with the touchy and quick to be irritated attitude of their wives, some of them are genuinely helpless and confused at the ways a woman with PND acts, so as women we also need to factor their confusion into consideration and also encourage them and get through this stage together. Infact I see the season of the arrival of a new born for bonding for couples.
